Very warm hiring manager. Good experience overall. Questions were mostly about whether I'm able to work right away and related to my field of work. Some were challenging, but the interviewer gave me hints and was welcoming.

The process itself was a bit confusing. The initial HR screening just consisted of the interviewer telling me how to prep for the final round interviews. It was quite stressful and no questions about my background or experience were brought up so it made it hard to get a grasp early on. The final interview consisted of 3 rounds each 30 minutes plus a meeting with a head of the company. The first two were great and definitely touched on my skills and experience as well as their expectations for someone in the role. The third and fourth interview were kinda mess. The third interviewer seemed very inexperienced and asked basic questions while admitting that she knew nothing about the department I was interviewing for. My final interview was with a founder who treated the interview like it was a waste of their time and grilled me on questions without context. Just random spitfire about why I got into my field and asking for one word answers that threw me off guard. It had been a long and exhaustive day for me and I felt like they didn't even wanna respect my time and effort of being there. Honestly, I wish they were be more considerate at the fact that I moved around my entire schedule to be interviewed all day and had the same respect for me as I did for them. The rub salt on the wound, the position recently closed and the recruiter told me that she would provide me with feedback or an answer as to whether I got the job or not while receiving neither. I feel that the least they could of done was follow through with the process and not just ghost me for a week and then not even tell me I was rejected.
