It was an agile and clear process where they reviewed my profile and skills to determine how I would progress through the stages. They assessed my experience and ability to contribute to the company. I received a clear offer letter, followed by a contract outlining the conditions and challenges previously discussed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

First aptitude test happened at college campus. Then they call selected students or mail them for an interview. In the interview they asked questions based on xyz. After that interview selected students got call for HR interview

I had a great interview experience. I initially spoke to the hiring manager, whom I had been networked to. I then spoke with a company recruiter, who was fantastic - she kept me informed of every step in the process and was always available and communicative. After the recruiter, I was interviewed by two people with roles relevant to the position I was considered for. The final round of interview was with someone in the C-suite. Throughout the process, everyone was very professional and asked great questions relative to the the role I would take. Once I was selected, everything moved very quickly and efficiently from verbal offer to written offer.
