first come with a phone interview, ask about resume, then a few behavioral questions. The second interview is skype, 20min presentation about my research and 1 hour questions. Clearly the group members are not interested in my slides, since they didn't ask a single question about it. The following one hour questions are all behavioral, which I did NOT expect at all for a technical position.
