There has to be better recruiters out there? It’s mind blowing how a successful company would have recruiters that lack communication and empathy for their candidates. Went through 6 rounds of interviews and was told throughout each round I was well liked and a few people said we definitely want you to work here and can’t wait to work with me. The recruiter had a final round to set up, then it had to be rescheduled due to the interviewer only having 1 day and time that would work. Zero flexibility on schedules. When we couldn’t align on dates and times the recruiter came back to say the job is now getting re-structured and likely going to change and will get me looped into the new job. Well that was a lie. The company posted on LinkedIn the exact same job with the same req and I reached out to the recruiter and no response. I waited a week and half to see if perhaps my email got missed, sent a follow up again to the recruiter and nothing.. ghosted.. I thought this company was one that would be great to work for! Definitely wrong. Candidates beware…this is clearly a disorganized company and be happy if you didn’t get the job..
