Online interview via email. A stupid IQ test for which I barely tried as I was so frustrated. A 1st class prediction for Computer Science BSc at a decent university should tell anyone how competent someone actually is. Not an IQ test... There's a reason they're not used by the government.

A range of IQ-based questions that are harshly timed- plus, you'll probably need to brush up on useless maths principles that you'll never use in the position.
First Round Behavioural
Secound Round - 2 Leetcode Easy and technical questions(theory)
Very straight forward and not very difficult. Depends on the team your interviewing for as not everyone i know was asked leetcode and some were asked hackerrank type questions

Entrevista
Terrible recruiting. Had a quick meeting with a recruiter where she made it very clear I would be moving forward and she would schedule my interview. After a couple days I reached back out and got an automated out of office email so I emailed another contact and no response. Then a few weeks later I received an email saying they were done interviewing.

Entrevista
OA -> behavioural -> in person round of 1 interview hour + 1 hour of another tech assessment. Very calm, comfortable atmosphere. Algorithmic questions are barely Medium hard, interview is basic run through past experience, OOP concepts.
