Numerous interviews of different formats over a number of months. Focus on culture fit and technical ability. Review of my understanding of the product, market and key challenges. Significant review of previous roles and approaches. Some focus on Situation, Action, Outcome but not in all scenarios. Asked to prepare a written report in response to a page of questions. My response was 8 pages long. A fair amount of repetition of questions during the process as different people covered the same ground sometimes. Overall it was a positive experience although it dragged out towards the end and status updates were not regular.
