The process started fine. An HR screen, a solid technical interview, and a clear timeline, but quickly fell apart. I was told 4 separate times that I was in the "final" interview, only to be scheduled for another one a week later, totalling 6 interviews. After all that, the offer came in at a lower level than discussed with zero warning, and the compensation was well below what was posted on the listing. Don't trust any salary ranges Autodesk publishes, they appear to exist only to get candidates in the door.
