My interview process with Auth0 was long—five calls over a month leading up to a final panel. The panel was supposed to include three hiring managers, but only one showed up, joined by a last-minute substitute who started the call by complaining about working on a Monday. The mock scenario I presented confused both managers, despite multiple explanations. They acted like it was a first call and showed little interest. At first, I thought it was a pressure test, but it became clear they were just unprepared. After a month of interviews and no follow-up to several calls/emails, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
