Applied online and had an interview with HR and second interview with someone in the department. Moved pretty quickly and seamless to coordinate interview times. I didn't move past the second interview and my biggest disappointment in the company was the automated rejection email they sent. It was lazy and inconsiderate on their end. I do hope they improve this practice and treat all people with respect, regardless of offering them a position or not.
