Entrevista
I met with the chef and a front of house manager to discuss the position. Then I went into the kitchen for a full day to do prep and cook some food and see whether or not this would be a good fit. It turned out to be a good fit so I took the job. There were not many difficult questions. You just have the show enthusiasm and work hard and be willing to learn more.
