No clear process but talks of streamlining after phone screen.Most bigger companies do direct onsite for senior folks. Recruiter were not really responsive and did not listen to request for scheduling or followup after the interview.They were very chatty during the initial call and took 1hr interview which is weird in the least.

Leetcode medium question which is not real world but an algorithm/DS type. Interviewer was nice but kept pushing for quick coding and optimal solution in first try.

Entrevista
I did five interviews after initial call with the recruiter and it took about 4 weeks. One domain experience interview, two C++ coding interviews, one behavioral interview with the hiring manager, and one domain specific system design interview.
Contacted by recruiter then one hour phone interview that included standard introductions and coding task after technical questions. Coding task was related to programming languages and technologies that are being used in the industry and not just a leetcode or hackerrank task. Then 4 hours virtual onsite and most of the tasks were again related to the job. Entire process took few months.

Entrevista
The interviews were scheduled in a timely manner. Had 4 rounds of interviews starting with hiring manager and then went on to technical rounds. All the rounds went well and I didn't get a response from them for a long time, and when I reached out to them, they responded saying that they have decided not to move forward.
