Pretty straightforward and standard interview process. Screening call first with the recruiter. If you pass that you move onto an assignment. There is no feedback if you pass or fail the assignment.

Entrevista
Had a screening interview, then was asked to do a “case study” that qualified for an interview with admin lead. If you make it to the next step after that interview, (I didn’t) then there’s an in-person interview. All questions were behavioral questions to be answered with the STAR method. There should have been better screening questions, because it was immediately obvious I was NOT what the interviewer was looking for and she was not impressed with me. I would’ve preferred to only waste 30 minutes on a screener rather than 2 hours of my own time + a 45 minute interview that made me feel terrible and unemployable. I should’ve ended it when I felt it going south.
