The interview was held over zoom call and was very casual. They discussed the role and asked about my educational experience. They then provided a lot of detail about the company and what it is like to be an employee.
Completed the online assessment which included recorded interview questions. Mostly behavioural questions. Written assessment is based on your selected roles you're applying for. The assessment included writing emails to your supervisor about risks and opportunities.
Interview was professional and questions were as expected, mainly behavioral. Two senior members of the advisory team led the interview, both asking questions about my education, professional experience, and interest in Aurecon. Overall, very smooth and straightforward process with quick response.
Internship Program Online Assessment. No time limit. Unlimited tries per question.
3 x 3 minutes (max) verbal response questions, 2 written extended response questions and two multiple choice personality questions.
