The first round was with HR, mainly focused on candidate's background and general fit. The second round was with the line manager, where we went more in-depth into my experience and how I approach campaigns. The final stage included a presentation task based on a project they shared. It was very channel-specific and based on real BAU campaign data, which made it quite practical and relevant. The final interview was with the reporting line manager and the Head of Department. The Head was more there to get to know candidate and assess overall fit, though they did occasionally ask questions and share thoughts on the presentation as well.
