I've been reached out by a headhunter about this role, he asked me to hop on a call 2 times before the interview. For some reason, the interview didn't happen for 1,5 months, it was either the hiring manager was traveling or someone got sick. At some point, I thought they had just forgotten about the process and finally when I joined the hiring managers on the call, first they asked me why I decided to apply for this role (even though I was approached by the headhunter) and through the end of the interview they started hinting about my experience not being relevant for the role. Eventually, I ended up not getting the role but because of this disorganization or lack of internal communication at the company. It was a waste of time for both sides.
