The process was amateur and insulting. Despite having an interview with HR where we discussed my 20 years experience, and confirmed I was interviewing for a Senior Consultant role, I was told it was an intro role where I'd be "herding" cats vs. using my ample professional experience. The hiring manager then looked at my resume (was this the first time?) and stated I'm "overqualified"... then went on to insult my experience in cloud. This is despite years of experience, even working directly with Adobe. If you're interested in a company that will take you seriously, save your time and interview elsewhere.
