Applied online and employee referral. Interviewed with hiring manager. The second round was a peer interview with behavioral based questions. Hiring manager wanted to make a decision quickly. I was asked to submit references and do a background screen (which took at least 1 week). Offer came 2 weeks later from HR representative. Salary negotiations took another 2 weeks. The hiring process at CHS does not move quickly, because of the many steps.

CHS has pre-determined scenario based behavioral interview questions. Standard questions about integrity on the job, conflict with coworkers/clients, teamwork, flexibility, etc.
