there are mostly four rounds. Aptitude test, GD, Technical interview, HR interview. First the aptitude test happens, then that results comes. Once done with that, you are called to the global development center for the further rounds. GD is the first round there in which mostly the screening happens. Then you proceed to technical round which is basically on java C C++ SQL. I was asked to write a java code and a C++ code. After you clear that, final is HR round which is easy and if you reach that you are mostly cleared and passed the interview.

As I joined as a fresher, there were 2 rounds viz aptitude test & Personal Interview. Aptitude test was challenging. however if one prepares well, it should be straight forward to crack it.
