They reached out to me via LinkedIn and invited for a screening call and within a week for the interview. After a week they gave me the feedback that I'm interesting candidate but not for this position and they are going to reach out to me if something appropriate will pop up. We talked polish, they switch to English and they also invited a colleague to check my level of German.
