Over the phone, easy compared to other interviews I've been on. I was supposed to have a face to face interview with that Manager, but I was offered the job instead. Three years later, as an interviewer myself, I started to ask other Project Managers to describe projects they'd worked on, specifically ones with ethical issues. Atos is a highly ethical company, so that was important.
A multi-stage recruitment process focused on verifying experience against the job description. First meetings with the HR department and then with subsequent decision makers. I was positively surprised, no theoretical tests or bloated questions - factual and efficient.

3 steps: call + call + meeting in Bydgoszcz
Q: How many steps can I expect during the recruitment period and
what is the process like?
By default, there are two steps – a call and a direct meeting. Phone Call
(approx. 30 min.) is the initial verification of experience, technical skills and level of
knowledge of foreign languages and a decision is then made for an invitation to the
next stage. During the meeting, there are more specific technical questions as well
as an additional part referring to soft skills (duration about 1,5 h).
Q: How long do you have to wait for the decision / response?
Usually from 2 to 4 weeks.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty standard just as it is for any other corporate position. The recruiter screened via phone then set up an onsite face to face. Theres really nothing more to add.
