The interview process was very long with so many rounds. I did interview with 5 different managers and each time , it took 1 month to get the feedback of the interview.

Panelist was chosen based on candidate preference (technical or non technical) because they might open other job vacancies based on the interview result

Entrevista
Several phone calls with US based employees, and EMEA employees. Recruiters were in different countries. Face to face was conducted with a senior manager. After the phone and 1:1 interview, it took about 30 days to get the written offer.
