I first had to take logical and numerical online test. Then I was invited to do a telephone Interview. The HR call me and ask me about the company, why Atos, what did I know about the different areas (consulting, outsourcing..) To give and experience of leadership, when I acted in a team. How I used to study for exams, How I am acting when I m in a rush with a project to finish and not a lot of time.

Entrevista
Telephone interview was fairly straight forward, questions about competitors, why Atos, which one of our values do you believe to be the most important. Followed by competency based questions based around team work, problematic tasks, etc. Whole process took about 40 minutes and was fairly straight forward

Group Activity: -
Case Study to read in groups of 6 while 5 assessors watch you: - Atos needs to help with another companies building relocation - i.e. finances, IT services, cost analysis etc.
Discuss a method of plan (as a group), then relay this back to assessors (as a group)

Management Information Dashboard implementation within Atos:
Read case study, and explain why this is needed overcoming any obstacles and why you should lead this project. (50 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to deliver and 5 minutes answering questions)
First is a online application. In addition to your personal experiences, you will also need to answer questions about current trend in technology. Then you have to do the typical SHL test, verbal and numerical, it is very easy though. After this, they will review your application and if you succeed, you will be offer a chance for the tele interview.
