The interviewer tested my knowledge on basic Outlook and Windows issues and communicated in a way to solicit my manner of speaking one-on-one. She also asked questions about my education and experience and previous jobs, and asked me to give examples of customer service and handling difficult situations to see what I would respond with and how I would respond. At that time interviewing and speaking off the top of my head was not easy for me, but taking calls from different people all week has certainly improved that to a great extent.

Completed a test on programming skills. They will provide a set of programming questions and you have to solve them in about an hour. They will then review your answer and proceed to an interview
