The interview process included a lot of interviews but they all happened quickly because they are mostly with only one interviewer. The main interviews were: The craft of architecture A system design activity Management and leadership Team interview Values interview Plus the initial screener and several other conversations with the internal Atlassian recruiter. The Atlassian recruiter clearly laid out what would be covered (at a high level) in each interview so there were no surprises. I enjoyed the process of having one-on-one conversations with different Atlassians.
