I've had a bad experience twice and I'll never gonna apply. back in 2019, I've applied and a Recruiter (now she's principal recruiter) after multiple follow up one day she called and she was very rude to me to the entire time and she said she'll get back to me that she never do, I don't received any Rejection email as well. Now in 2022 - I received a call after 2 Month since I've applied and after 1 reschedule from their end finally I got golden opportunity to speak with three elite Recruiter. there were 2 panel and both have some disconnect as bot were asking question at the same time for 45 Mins there were asking back2back question and It was fun and exciting but during my conversation I feel both of them lacked so much in terms of Diversity knowledge as well they're slaves to there Hiring Manager and I upfront told them I'll not be a slave I believe in educating my HM rather than following your legacy slave culture obviously I'm not good culture fit and I got rejected the very next day. I've never been so happy before getting rejected from any company, but I am happy I took the stand that I'm believing in. No wonder why they have so many negative reviews on glassdoor. unchi dukan pheeka pakwan (great boast, little host). They must have something in there culture as I had a bad experience back in 2019 and in 2022 as well. The overall discussion was good I feel 80% was strategic practices and 20% was sourcing (They were expecting me to source something like a purple squirrel in just 10 mins time and for them there TAT is 60days and for me it 10 Mins)
