Standard design interview. Starts with a take home assessment with some screens and your thoughts on how to improve. Then a portfolio review and values interview. Atlassian seems like a great place to work. The reason for my negative rating is the recruiting team and hiring manager were not upfront with the expected working hours. The team I interviewed with was in Sydney, and only after putting in nearly 10 hours of my time did recruiting share with me that in order to work on this team, I would need to work west coast hours. Had this been a requirement upfront, we could have saved a lot of time and effort.
