I applied online. No contact from HR for next steps as a candidate. However a few weeks after my original submission (Oct 16) I received what may be the most upbeat and engaging rejection letter I have ever seen. Most people never realize how challenging it can be to craft that message. On the basis of that communication alone, I will continue to stay alert to future openings where I might be a fit.
