Interview process was structured and streamlined. Ample time was given for preparation. Since they get a huge volume of applicants, it is sometimes difficult to get a prompt response from the recruiter. However they make sure to respond, even if there is some marginal delay.

2 screening rounds:
1. Code design round
- Design/code an API rate limiter. Expectation was to come up with a Java maven project for the same and run a simple Junit for the implementation.
2. Given a list of candidates, find the winner only. Also for handling a tie, the candidate (out of all the candidates who had the same vote count), who secured highest votes first should be the winner.
Example:String [] candidates = {"A", "C", "E", "B", "A", "B", "C", "B", "D", "B", "A"};
Method to be exposed: String findWinner(String [] candidates);
This should return B
Advice: Keep the space and time complexity to the minimum. You could lose points if the space/time complexity is high.

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
