Initial conversation with HR was positive, and I was explained the job position and what it would entail. Then I had a technical interview with a Team Lead and a Senior, and this is where I thought the process was rather amateur and not very well prepared. The interview was only 30 minutes and I was only asked direct technical questions without any feedback on my responses, such as "What is the JVM?" or "Where can you find the Linux logs?". It felt like I was being interrogated and it lacked any kind of reasonable/challenging conversation. Finally, I had another interview with HR where I was told that the feedback was positive but not for a senior position (although it was not very clear why), and that unfortunately there were no other positions at the moment. I have done my fair share of technical interviews, and while I appreciate the sensibility to contact the candidates to provide them feedback and what not, overall it felt like a very weak and poor recruitment process when compared to other companies, which I was not expecting from Atlassian. All interviews were conducted remotely.

Interview was 2 technical and 3 manager round. Initially communicated will be 2 technical and 2 managerial round. Though technical round was good . For manger round Dc on prem taken by 2 managers was also fine . Later Hr said need to visit office for face to fa e round . With no proper justification i had gut feeling on this that they will eliminate as they are looking to eliminate and need reason, and same happened gave interbiew face to face to shafath and was rejected with mo proper justification from Hr . You spend hrs of skill to and when getting rejected by manager that too 1 manager of same skills is complete waste .
