Talked with a recruiter followed by an interview with the hiring manager. One of the weirdest interviews I've ever attended. No real questions about skill set. Spent the bulk of the time trying to determine culture fit

Had a first interview with the recruiter, which I thought went well, then had a month of radio silence before finding out that I'd been passed to the next stage. I was interviewed by the recruiting manager, which again, I thought went well. Another 2 weeks of radio silence, followed by a generic email telling me I'd been unsuccessful, and a refusal to provide me with any feedback. The ethos of the company doesn't follow through to the recruitment process.
