Entrevista
Eerst enkele gesprekken met HR om je juist te positioneren binnen het bedrijf. Na de keuze voor correcte functie word je voorgesteld aan de team leader. Tijdens het gesprek met de team leader worden er ook technische vragen gesteld. In de tussentijd moet je verschillende online testen doen. Erna had ik een gesprek met een teamlid om te weten hoe de sfeer was binnen het team en wat zoal de dagelijkse taken zijn van een projectingenieur. Hierna krijg je een gesprek met de VP.

Ben je iemand die liever op specifieke zaken werkt of graag meer overzichtelijke taken doet?
The overall interview felt rigid and impersonal. One of the panel maintained a poker face throughout which made it tense, responses giving the impression quickly they weren’t particularly interested. Might better suit those who prefer a very structured, no-frills corporate environment.

An extensive application procedure, handled very consciously. Very well informed in advance about the content of the job, work environment, and remuneration. Transparent throughout the entire application process. Overall, a very positive experience.
