It was a three step process with recruiter, then highering manager then regional. Very pleasant experience. Offer was extended for employment shortly after, but salary was very limited. Would recommend for anyone starting in banking.

My interview process was professional, timely, clear and concise. Everyone I spoke with was punctual, professional, and human. The recruiter was very accommodating and easy to reach throughout the entire process.
