Descriptive about job functions and staff culture. Could tell they valued supporting new employees. Spent about equal time talking as I did listening and felt well informed after the interview. The people I interviewed with were polite and friendly to the utmost caliber.

Initial phone call and email communication with recruiter. I was then invited to come on site, interviewed by 2 educators. Then received follow up call/invitation for a second interview and shadow day.

The process was quick. Nothing out of the ordinary. Standard questions. Reviewed your work history and asked how you would handle certain things. Shifts longer than anticipated. Everywhere still needs nurses.

Entrevista
Never gave me an interview, just declined every application because I am a new grad. Not sure they want to hire if you just graduated which indicates it is not a teaching/learning hospital at all.
