The phone interview was first. Very simple - the satellite manager described the position and briefly discussed my qualifications so I could get a feel for the position and she could get a feel for me. Then the in person interview was more in depth.

Give an example of a tough situation you had when dealing with a customer and what you did to handle it.
Phone screen. Then one in person interview. The phone screen was as very detailed in explaining the position and the duties. As much about making sure both the candidate and the employer were the right fit. The in person interview was more structured with lots of behavioral questions.
