The interview process is really good! They shortlist you from your CV, then you get to do a very interesting take home assignment. In the third round you are going to be interviewed based on your project. Unfortunately I didn't clear this round. If you clear this round you then head onto the cultural interview which is the final round.

Before the whole interviewing process, you are given a task based on your job description. For a backend engineer intern, I was assigned a Node.js task, which I completed and submitted. After going through my code, I was moved further for the technical interview. The technical interview was a 25 minute telephonic interview where I was asked questions based on the task, JWTs, Node.js, the HTTP protocol and some questions based on my previous projects. I was then moved further for the final interview which was about knowing me better. The co-founder called up and asked questions about my college learning experiences, etc. Overall the interviews went well, although I couldn't make it through the final interview round.
