Incredibly bizarre experience of a 3 hour interview for a Paralegal position. Too intense for the type of position it was for. Should have been warning signs back then!! Met with Senior Associate of the team, and the Managing Partner. Played intense good cop, bad cop. They were an hour and a half late to the interview, with no apology.
