I submitted a resume by just walking into the store and asking if they were hiring. They ended up calling me in for an interview the next day. It was a very casual interview. Met with the manager at the store. Asked me the basic questions about my experience and why I wanted to work at Athletea. She also described the working atmosphere about the store. It was pretty easy because it was in a casual setting. They wanted to make sure you would just be a good fit with the company mentality. They showed me around the store a bit and then said they would be in contact after a background check.

Q: Tell me about how you would approach customers at the store?
After submitting my online application, I didn't hear back for weeks and assumed nothing would come from it. Took a while to get back to me for initial interview, but process was smooth overall and every team member I spoke with while coordinating was friendly and helpful.

Very easy, applied online and got a phone call. Went for an in person interview, great conversation and they hired me shortly after. Great process and they were very transparent.
Sit down, in person conversation with the hiring manager. The conversation was a very laid-back dialogue. The manager was new to the location and still figuring out the vibe herself.
