Entire process of Interviewing was done on a computer. the interview was a pre recorded simulation that records your answers. one positive is after you record your answer you have two chances to retry any response. the final question is a scenario that you are a live agent responding to an imaginary customer, as the agent you pretend to get responses from a customer and you pretend when you have fully satisfied your customers needs. that process is mainly testing the tone of the agent.

The whole process was pretty fast, I had my telephone interview on a Friday and an in person interview the following Thursday and received my job offer the next day.
