The hiring process took 60 days and consisted of 6 interviews, a flight to Nashville, and 8 references. 8! The kicker? They didn’t hire me. I was amazed that so many people were involved in a second level leader interview. It was like no one wanted to take responsibility for the decision. I met with the Recruiter, the Senior Managers twice, the Director and the Sr. Director. Their communication was slow and I had to push the process along. It was a painful process that led no where. I would not recommend this company.
Had multiple rounds of interviews with recruiting and Sr leaders. These were all remote and on zoom which was good because I got to really get to know the team.

Phone Screening with recruiter and 3 virtual interviews before hire. The question were a good mix of skills and situational based questions like what were the steps that you took and what was the outcome.

Entrevista
Interviewers are amazing and they throw sensible questions. They are engaging and seems to be very helpful. Over all i learned from the interviewers. Looking forward to get an update since my application is still pending.
