Applied: 9/14/18
Phone screening interview: 9/20/18
Video Interview with Hiring Manager : 10/1/18
Offered job via phone call: 10/10/18
All recruiters I spoke with were very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed my final interview with the hiring manager. It felt as if we were just having an informal conversation. Interview questions ranged from customer service - situation based and technical questions regarding mobile devices, internet, etc.
The overall hiring process was a positive experience! The only disappointment is I applied to the Technical Support Representative - Work at Home / Premier Solutions Support - Work at Home as soon as I seen it posted. This position required you train 3 weeks onsite then transition to home for remainder of training and for work.
The day I received my offer call with a recruiter, I was advised that all the work at home positions were filled but there were available positions for the same position onsite. I've worked from home for over 4 years since it gives me flexibility being able to work full time and go to school (college full time reducing commuting/traveling costs and TIME!
I live 45-50 minutes from the onsite location. And, I always wanted to work for Asurion. I couldn't pass up the job offer. I hope I can transition to home before college classes start in January.
