Be sure to dress appropriately. Be honest in answering your questions. Make your self commit to the entire training process. The interviewer is straight to the point, and direct.
A group of people at first, then singled out with an interviewer to answer questions and do a concise mock call. Pretty good, quick, and smooth if you ask me. Customer service and sales experience/skills help.
phone call they are solely focused in your sales capabilities with a minimum of tech knowledge with cellphones and computers. Sales is key to being hired and their main point of interest.

Interview was smooth, very well organized if you are interviewed by certain operation managers, be prepared for a lengthy process. Depending on the position you will be asked either technical or leadership questions
