Entrevista
1st round: classical recruiter phone call, approx. 10-15 minutes. Topics: salary expectations, notice period, career expectations, motivations etc.
2st round: with HR and hiring manager. Some technical questions, but mostly hiring manager wanted to find out my motivations, career ecpectations. Questions about my former jbs, experiences.
3rd round: Cluster HR director/manager/partner and regulatory/medical director

How is your former experience will help you in your position at AZ
I took an English exam. Then I met with the human resources and department manager. Then I was called in for a case study. When that also yielded positive results, I met with the human resources business partner and the director. My references were contacted, but no offer was made.

Entrevista
30 mins, Star based questions and mainly about my motivation and interest in the field. It was very conversation and not a super serious environment which helped. Just make sure you know a lot about the role and why you want to do it or work there that very imp.
