Structured but unnecessarily complex, lengthy and overwhelming; Minimal communication from HR representatives and minimal to no feedback after applying to open positions. Strong preference for external candidates and very few opportunities for internal ones.

It was a very high level interview with many questions that really tested my skills, experience, values and behaviour. Overall fair questions. I haven’t received the outcome yet (interview was 10 days ago). I said NO below because no option for pending outcome.
