First there was a phone interview with the HR. Then there was a second phone interview with one of the manager. Then they invited for in person interview. The duration of in person interview was 2.5 hour and it was with 4 people. Following the in person interview they again asked for phone interview!

Entrevista
Phone call followed by 2 rounds of interview in person. intially hiring manager called and asked few questions and later called in for the in person interview. 2 half days were taken for the in person interview. about 10 people interviwed from operations, stats, regulatory, clinical and safety. did background checks, asked for 3 references and gave an offer in about 2 weeks. got offer letter

regular old fashioned interview.. not STAR type, tell me about yourself, what is your role, define your role, what are your expectations, what is your salary expectation, expamples of hard situation that you faced. how did you manage hard people, what is your style of conflict resolution, how do you manage team, how do you work in cross functional team. did you work in global studies
