INTERVIEW All our candidates are required to go through an entry test to ensure that you are given a fair opportunity to demonstrate critical thinking, creativity and technical skills independently. We understand that your portfolio / reels may contain only class assignments and projects, which may be similar or shared with other students who have also applied to us. Therefore, it is a necessity to utilise this entry test to evaluate each candidate individually. The tasks in the entry test also reflects common real-life everyday situations we face when working on projects from clients. We want to ensure that you are able to contribute value to our team so that your internship period spent with us will be a fruitful one, where your goal is to gain real industry experience. TIPS: - In order to stand out from the other candidates' portfolio, show us your personal work that defines your passion. - Show us the process of your work (for eg. storyboards, concept art, designs, rejected designs, references, rigging, playblasts, dynamic simulations, project files, etc.) - Study our work carefully so that you know what sort of work are you applying to. Then try to demonstrate explicitly how you can contribute directly to the type of work we do.
