Entrevista
I applied on website and was contacted for a phone screening two days later. After the brief phone screen I was immediately recommended for an interview the following Friday.
The Microsoft Teams interview consisted of two interviewers consecutively. Lasting about an hour and a half.
The interviews were redundant. That is not good interviewing as it draws from the same pool of answers. I connected with both interviewers and felt as though I was a great fit for the role but was ultimately not recommended for the position.

Entrevista
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. I applied through a temp, so my first interview was with my recruiter, second interview was with a hiring manager @ Assurant. Interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. She asked me typical interview questions (i.e. tell me about a time with a difficult or irate customer, tell me about a time when you didn’t know how to resolve a customer’s problem and what did you do, etc.). Interview took place at 9am and I received a job offer later on that evening around 5 or 6 PM.

Entrevista
First, we had an interview via zoom. The entire interview was very informative. About a week later after background check was cleared and drug tests was cleared, the 2nd interview took place and this one was filled with more specified information. I then finished the documentation and other remaining steps of the Hiring process, once all of my paperwork was completed, and I was given my credentials to log in, I then begin training which is said to last for about 6 weeks.

Phone interview, then a somewhat zoom interview. Told I’ll hear back within 1-2 weeks. My workday was never updated, still haven’t received any follow up contact. My interviewer showed no emotion. It was all business
