My initial interview with Assuaged was very productive and I was informed about the organization's inner workings during a one-hour virtual sit-down with my preceptor Crystal. Crystal was very respectful and accommodated my schedule despite being on opposite sides of the country. She seemed very knowledgeable of all the various technologies and programs used and gave me all the necessary information to understand how the program works. By the end of the interview, I only had a few questions to ask and Crystal was very kind to answer these questions for me.

What type of work are you trying to accomplish with regard to your internship? Would you prefer to work in grant writing, or analyzing data for example?

Entrevista
There was no personal interview process. After the application for the internship was received, I was asked to fill out a form and then wait for further instruction. I then received information stating I had been accepted and to wait for onboarding instructions and dates. I received these less than a month before the start date, which seemed a bit hasty, but it worked out in my favor in the end.

Very pleasant experience where I could take my time and put as much effort into each question as I would prefer. The questions asked influenced me to input my most thoughtful answers.
