Most unprofessional interview I have ever attended!Interview lasted for 3 mins, which included one phonecall on his cell and two repetitive questions. I went all the way to Gurgaon to attend an interview for literally three minutes. Pathetic!

Verbal interview by the Deputy Director followed by a written test & then the final interview by the Director, Deputy Director & An Assistant Manager. I was asked about the reason for applying here, my core competencies and limitations, interests, travel-readiness, and readiness to work under challenges / pressures. I was asked to write on a subject related to the development sector and where I worked previously.

Interview taken by Aqueel Khan, managers were part of the interview. Oral interview was taken while questions were asked regarding my past work experience, knowledge on the profile that I was applying.
