One face to face interview. Interviewed with my direct supervisor. Different than most interviews...a lot of questions on how I could perform the tasks needed and what types of contributions I could make to the company. Did not worry about a lot of behavioral questions. Why I wanted to work at Associated? Why they should hire me? How can I help Associated?
