Phone interview with internal recruiter. He asked what I was doing currently and why the desire to change companies. There was two calls over the span of two days. The interview appears to be text-book style, aka Google. It appears to be a scripted process, as the phone-screener is not technical himself. I would expect the question become more difficult, but cannot attest to that.
